Have had avid exposure  in hospital administration as Head of Clinical Services and Director of administration in various hospitals before joining the Meridian Hospitals . Was the Pioneer Editor in Chief of Absumsaj a high ranking peer review medical journal, was a past Head of Residency Training Committee and Research ARD FMC Owerri, a former National Auditor Nigerian National Association of Resident Doctors(NARD). Currently a postgraduate research fellow in sports medicine and nutrition. He is happily married.

He has had several training and update courses in Paediatrics and Obstetric and Gynaecology. He is B.L.S and A.C.L.S certified. He is also a member of the Meridian Hospital Dialysis Unit.

He is an astute professional and always seeking to improve his skills and knowledge of the medical profession. He is always willing to proffer solution to the myriad of problems clients presents to him.

His interest is in Assisted Reproduction and Minimally Invasive Surgery and he superintends DeNovo Fertility Centre of Meridian Hospitals.

He is a member of the Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists of Nigeria and Association for Fertility and Reproductive Health. Dr. Maduabuchi Chika has attended several training programs and workshops in Nigeria and Overseas.

He is currently the Clinical Director of the Hospital.
